CBRE Portugal is seeking a hands-on Field Technical Support Engineer to provide deskside and end-user technology support to colleagues in Lisbon and Porto. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and assist with meeting room AV setups to ensure smooth daily operations.
The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, printers, and good Portuguese and English communication.

At CBRE, we are currently looking for a FTS Engineer to join our Digital & Technology team. This is a key local role, acting as the first point of contact for IT Service Desk logged incidents and requests, and providing day‑to‑day technical support to our employees.
As a FTS Engineer, you will provide deskside and end‑user technology support, helping colleagues resolve day‑to‑day IT issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

You should bring:
Knowledge of ITIL, MCDST, MSA, CompTIA A+ or Network+ will be considered a plus.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working with autonomy, while staying connected to regional processes, standards and support channels.
