With 4+ years in front office roles within lifestyle or luxury hotels and a supervisory background, you will monitor guest feedback, verify payments at check-in, and uphold health and safety standards while embodying Wilde’s brand values.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in front office within lifestyle or luxury hotels, ideally with supervisory experience.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Adaptability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs and operational demands.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the smooth running of the front desk on a daily basis, liaising between guests and departments.
• Monitor and address guest feedback from surveys and third-party sites; resolve disputes professionally.
• Verify payments at check-in or ensure reservations are guaranteed according to procedures.
• Anticipate and address issues to safeguard guest well-being and satisfaction.
• Lead Health and Safety responsibilities during shifts and manage team members.
• Demonstrate commitment to sustainability criteria set by Wilde and external programmes.
