Wilde is seeking a Guest Services Manager - Night to lead our Guest Services Hosts and the wider team across lobby, reception and R&B spaces. You will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, representing Wilde with enthusiasm and pride across our European cities including Lisbon.

We value experience in front office operations, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to manage guest experiences with care. Training is provided for barista/F&B aspects, and flexibility in shifts is essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.
• Some previous F&B/Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in the lobby, reception and public areas with warmth and professionalism.
• Be the brand ambassador for Wilde, representing the company with energy and pride.
• Maintain a fun, fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple departments.
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed and manage guest complaints effectively.
• Lead and support night-shift guest services colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Engage with the local community and participate in events when possible.
