JLL is seeking a Workplace Ambassador in Lisbon to own the visitor experience across front-of-house and events. You will greet guests, manage sign-in, assist with meeting room bookings, and coordinate with security and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have reception or hospitality experience, excellent people skills, fluency in English and the local language, and strong PC literacy to use Outlook and SharePoint for bookings and communications.

Qualificações

• Experience in reception or concierge roles.
• Excellent people skills and communication.
• Experience in hospitality is desirable.
• Fluency in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience to ensure a positive, memorable interaction.
• Delivery of front of house services such as sign-in, badging, deliveries and inquiries.
• Greet, assist and direct candidates, visitors and staff as needed.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and spaces with attention to detail and safety.
