Líbere Hospitality Group in Porto is seeking a Hospitality Operations Specialist to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth day-to-day operations across our properties. You will be the main point of contact for guests, coordinating front-of-house tasks and supporting the City Manager.

You thrive in a fast-paced team environment, bring strong communication skills, and are detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.

• Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
• Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.

As a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

Backoffice Area

• Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.

Administrative Area

• Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.

Customer Service Area

• Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.
