Qualificações

• Excellent spoken and written French to converse naturally with customers.
• You may speak German or have strong personal interest in everyday tech like smartphones and apps.
• Basic ability to read technical English, such as menu buttons or system instructions.
• Great communication skills and patience to help customers who may not be tech-savvy.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to participate in fully paid training sessions.
• You must live in or near Porto with local Portuguese working papers ready (NIF/NISS); relocation not offered.

Responsabilidades

• Be the First Contact: Answer calls, emails, or chat messages from French-speaking customers.
• Solve Everyday Technical Issues: Listen, diagnose, and walk customers through solutions using company guides.
• Keep Accurate Notes: Type brief summaries into the system about issues and resolutions.
• Run Basic Checks: Help test connections, reset passwords, or adjust settings before ending the call.
• Spot Common Glitches: Flag repeated issues to team leads for quick investigation.
• Deliver Great Care: Ensure customers feel heard, respected, and supported.
