Qualificações

• Excellent spoken and written French at native or near-native level.
• Willingness to participate in fully paid training sessions.
• Ability to read basic technical English.
• Patience and strong listening skills.
• Must live in or near Porto with local working papers ready.

Responsabilidades

• Be the First Contact: Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from French-speaking customers needing help with accounts or services.
• Solve Everyday Technical Issues: Listen to the customer's problem, identify cause, and guide them through solutions using a company guide.
• Keep Accurate Notes: Type brief summaries into the system documenting the issue and resolution.
• Run Basic Checks: Help customers test connections, reset passwords, or adjust settings to ensure smooth operation.
• Spot Common Glitches: Note recurring issues and report to team leads for quick investigation.
• Deliver Great Care: Ensure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and supported.
