Besthire is hiring a Customer Support Specialist fluent in French for a travel account based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist travellers with bookings and general trip support, handling inbound contacts via phone, chat and email, and logging details in our internal system.

We provide full onboarding, regular coaching, and clear opportunities to develop your career. English is used day-to-day; relocation support is available for movers from abroad.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required; full training provided.
• Onboarding programme with regular coaching and career development.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound contacts via phone, chat and email.
