Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading company in Portugal to recruit a French-speaking Recruiter for their Human Resources team. You will implement recruitment strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and help craft competitive offers for multilingual candidates.

The role offers 14 salaries per year, private health cover, and a meal allowance, with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in French with strong written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer recruitment programs to attract clients.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes with background and reference checks.
• Perform initial screening interviews via telephone or face-to-face.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and collaborate to offer competitive packages.
• Source candidates through various channels and maintain ATS records.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and maintain accurate records.
