Konecta is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Portugal, seeking a French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Lisbon. You will manage recruitment processes from start to finish in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, ensuring the right talent is brought onboard.

The ideal candidate brings fluent French and good Portuguese, with experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• Fluent French required.
• Good level of Portuguese.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience with sourcing and proactively approaching candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing several recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, organised and results driven mindset.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from role definition to offer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to fill roles efficiently.
• Contribute to growing Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
