Job summary

Thales Group in Lisbon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter who is fluent in French and English to lead end-to-end recruitment in a French-speaking market in Europe. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct competency-based interviews and case assessments to assess technical and behavioral fit.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in international or matrixed environments.
Strong competency-based interviewing skills; case-based assessments are a plus.
Ability to source and screen candidates across multiple channels, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles.
Fluent in French and English for conducting professional interviews.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment across the French-speaking market in Europe.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing criteria.
Conduct structured interviews including competency-based and case-based assessments.
