Job summary

Thales Group in Lisbon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter who is fluent in French and English to lead end-to-end recruitment in a French-speaking market in Europe. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and conduct competency-based interviews and case assessments to assess technical and behavioral fit.
