Cloudflare is seeking a Business Development Representative in Portugal (Lisbon area) to drive pipeline and revenue. You will be the first contact for prospects, develop opportunities from inbound leads, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to meet quotas.

You will learn Cloudflare’s products in detail, build customer-centric sales skills, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in English and French is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR or similar role in tech.
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Experience with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and a team player.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to receive software under U.S. export laws may be required without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Cloudflare’s revenue generation by delivering pipeline at scale to Sales counterparts.
• Create excellent customer experiences and serve as the first contact for customers seeking solutions.
• Develop customer-centric sales skills and learn Cloudflare’s products and services in detail.
• Own and meet quotas for qualified opportunities, response SLA, sales pipeline value, and revenue.
• Develop new business opportunities from inbound and marketing-generated leads.
• Discover customer pain points and map them to Cloudflare solutions and qualify Enterprise opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
• Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using SFDC.
• Contribute to creating and iterating team processes.
