Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a remote Portugal-based project. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, and guide them through simple technical issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support available for eligible candidates. You will work in an international, multicultural environment and communicate in French and English throughout the day.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience welcome, but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
