TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a Student Customer Support (French Speaker) in Porto to assist customers with IT challenges and deliver an outstanding experience. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, ticketing, and chat, help with software usage, licensing, invoicing, and account management, and work closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, tech-minded, and capable of explaining complex concepts to varied customer

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, ticket system, and chat.
• Assist customers with topics such as software usage, licensing, subscriptions, invoicing, and account management.
• Analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support customers in understanding and effectively using our software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests and continuously improve the customer experience.
