Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team. You will help customers, respond to inquiries, and deliver friendly, professional support in an international environment.

Work is Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with no relocation support. Applicants must live within ~30 km of Porto and enjoy teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French.

• Must currently live in or around Porto (within approximately 30 km).
