Job description

French-speaking Customer Service – Automotive Group / VGF

Location: Braga, Portugal
Work model: Hybrid
Language: French
Salary: €930 gross/month

Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:30–18:00, Monday–Saturday, with approximately one Saturday every two months. Sunday + one rotational day off.

The role: Customer-service position for a leading automotive group. You'll assist customers following vehicle repairs or incidents, including questions about invoice coverage, replacement vehicles and other mobility solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, repair centres and external partners.

• Must already reside in Portugal and live within 50 km of the Braga office

Benefits:

• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• €95 performance bonus

Relocation: No relocation support.
