About The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer support, assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Meet quality standards and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Relocation & Support Package

• Full assistance with residence and social security administrative procedures.
• Shared, fully furnished accommodation available for up to 14 months (subject to eligibility).
• Airport pickup upon arrival.
• Flight reimbursement after 9 months of successful employment.
• Optional Portuguese language classes after 3 months (subject to availability).
• One annual round‑trip flight home within Europe after 12 months of successful integration, renewable every 12 months.

Salary & Benefits

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,240.67 per month
• Base Salary: €931.43
• Holiday Allowance: €77.62
• Christmas Allowance: €77.62
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day
• Private Health Insurance from day one.
• Paid training

With Company Accommodation

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €€1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00
• Holiday Allowance: €63.33
• Christmas Allowance: €63.33
• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per working day
• Private Health Insurance from day one.
• Paid training

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full‑time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
