A Ignite, fintech sediada em Lisboa, procura um(a) Customer Success Advisor de língua francesa para apoiar clientes com pagamentos digitais, resolver questões técnicas e assegurar a segurança de dados. A função envolve colaborar com equipas globais para melhorar a experiência do cliente.

O(a) candidato(a) ideal possui fluência em francês, experiência em suporte ao cliente e disponibilidade para atuar num ambiente internacional, com pacote de compensação completo e apoio à relocação.

Qualificações

• Francês fluente é obrigatório.
• Experiência em suporte ao cliente ou sucesso do cliente.
