Talent Search People is seeking a disciplined collections and credit analysis professional to manage a portfolio of French-speaking clients. You will assess creditworthiness, engage customers via phone and email, and strive for timely payments while adhering to our policies.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two onsite days and a strong emphasis on KPI achievement within a multicultural team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service and collections.
• Native or proficient French; strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Good communicator with phone and email; KPI driven.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle collection cases within a client portfolio according to company policies.
• Build relationships with customers to foster good payment behavior.
• Analyze and decide creditworthiness based on internal/external information and policies.
• Ensure proper financial measures for collections.
