Boeva Tech in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Advisor (French-speaking) to be the first point of contact for customers managing their car rental experience. You will handle bookings, issues, and billing with a focus on a smooth, high-quality service.

This on-site role offers a 6-month contract, a monthly gross salary of 1,000 EUR paid over 14 months, plus a daily meal allowance, and opportunities for growth in customer experience and operations.

Qualificações

• French C2 level is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ years of contact centre or customer service experience preferred.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and empathetic customer support via phone and email.
• Manage car rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, and account-related inquiries.
• Guide users through available rental options and service modalities.
• Support onboarding of new customers by collecting and entering data into internal systems.
• Identify customer needs and proactively suggest suitable solutions.
• Ensure timely handling of requests while maintaining high-quality service standards.
