Divinemythsstudio is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international car rental project in Porto. You will assist customers with reservations and related services across multiple channels, maintaining high standards of professionalism and satisfaction.

The role is on-site in Porto within the BPO/customer service sector. Candidates should be fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills and an emphasis on solving customer needs.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent level of French.
• Good command of English.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Comfortable assisting customers through phone, email and messaging.
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or car rental is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Porto.

Responsabilidades

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email and messaging channels.
• Answer questions regarding car rental reservations, services and options.
• Provide accurate information and recommend solutions based on customers' needs.
