Divinemythsstudio in Porto seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an international car rental project. You will assist customers across phone, email and messaging, delivering timely, personalised support while upholding professionalism.

The role is on-site in Porto, with a Monday–Friday schedule 08:00–17:00. Salary is €1,000 gross per month (14 payments), plus food allowance and potential shared accommodation for relocations.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent level of French

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an international car rental project in Porto.

You will assist customers with car rental reservations and related services through multiple communication channels. Your goal will be to provide timely, personalised support while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Please note that this position is within the BPO/customer service sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and recommend solutions based on customers' needs.


• Support customers with reservation-related requests, changes and general enquiries.


• Ensure concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.


• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.


• Handle customer support in French and internal communication or training in English.

Candidate Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: €1,000 gross per month, paid over 14 months.


• Food allowance


• Shared accommodation for candidates relocating from outside Portugal may be available for up to 12 months.


• Flight reimbursement is not provided.
