What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines, evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines, assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy, identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material, verify that content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standards, elevate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams, and accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records.

You will also handle meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of content, stay up to date with policy changes and moderation procedures, and handle confidential and potentially sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.

What you'll earn

930€ x 14 + 65€ Complexity Bonus paid in

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
