Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to assist French-speaking customers, handle inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience in a professional multicultural environment.

The role is based in Sete Rios, Lisbon, on-site with rotating shifts, including weekends. Base salary 1,100€ gross/month plus a 150€ Language Package, bonuses up to 80€ and a 7€ meal allowance per working day.

Work Schedule

Monday–Sunday: 08:00–22:00 with rotating shifts (5 days/week; 8 hours/day; 2 rotating days off per week)
