Job summary

Cbtalents is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international team in Portugal. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support across multiple channels for candidates who are based in Portugal (Porto preferred).

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, provide professional support, and maintain records while escalating complex cases as needed, in a multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1 or higher)
• Good English (B2 or higher)
• Must be located in Portugal (Porto preferred)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit/work authorization
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Job description

This opportunity is open to candidates who are currently based in Portugal (Porto is highly preferred) and are eligible to work in Portugal.

What You Will Do

• Resolve customer issues and escalat *e* complex cases when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver a high standard of customer service

Requirements

• French communication skills required (C1 level or above)
• Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
• Must be currently located in Portugal (Porto preferred)
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit/work authorization
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
