You will manage inquiries related to services, accounts, bookings, products, or digital platforms, ensuring clear information and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French at an advanced or native level.
• Strong command of English for written and spoken communication.
• Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate, personalized information and resolve issues on first contact where possible.
• Document interactions and outcomes in internal systems to ensure continuity and quality.
