JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to join our international customer experience team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional, empathetic and efficient assistance across channels.

You will handle inquiries about services, accounts and bookings, document interactions, and escalate issues when needed. Training is provided and there are clear growth paths in a diverse, people-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English, strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, chat and online platforms.
• Provide accurate, personalized information and first-contact resolution where possible.
• Document interactions, actions, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in training and coaching.
