JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to join our international customer experience operation in Lisbon. You will handle requests across services, accounts, bookings, and digital platforms, delivering clear information with empathy and efficiency.

You will work with modern tools, follow structured processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in a multicultural, people-centered environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French at an advanced or native level and solid command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, live chat and online platforms.
• Provide accurate, personalized solutions and first-contact resolution.
• Document interactions, actions and outcomes in internal systems for continuity and quality monitoring.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate to improve customer experience and reduce future contacts.
• Collaborate with team leaders and other support departments; participate in training and performance reviews.
