JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Customer Support Advisor dedicated to the Canadian French-speaking market. You will be the primary contact for inquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital platforms, delivering clear, empathetic, and accurate support.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Canadian French and English with professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first-level support for the Canadian French-speaking market across phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify needs, and provide accurate, personalized solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally, de-escalate when needed, and ensure customers feel supported.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal systems per quality standards.
• Follow defined workflows and SLAs, identify trends, and report improvements through proper channels.
• Participate in coaching, quality reviews, and ongoing development.
