Bouygues Telecom is hiring a French Customer Support Advisor in Porto for an on-site role with immediate start. You will assist customers with subscriptions, billing, and basic technical issues while delivering excellent service, all within a multicultural Porto team.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Expect rotating shifts Monday through Saturday (7 AM – 7 PM) and a competitive local benefits package including meal and transport allowances.

Qualificações

• Native or strong C2 level in French.
