CB Talents SP in Porto is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to support the Bouygues Telecom project. You will assist customers across channels with subscriptions, billing and basic technical issues, delivering a high-quality service.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. This onsite role offers a friendly multicultural team, plus benefits including a €100 monthly performance bonus for the first three months, private medical insurance after four months and a transport

About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international team in Porto, supporting the Bouygues Telecom project. In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing support on subscriptions, billing, and basic technical issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
