A global IT & Customer Support company is seeking a fluent French Customer Support Agent in Porto. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, providing friendly solutions to technical queries. The role offers full training and opportunities for career development, in a vibrant international environment. Candidates must possess a C2 level of French, strong communication abilities, and a motivation to work in a customer-centric role. Relocation support is available for those not already in Greece.

Qualificações

• Must have a C2 level of French.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts if needed.
• Available to work on rotational shifts (if needed).
• Willingness to relocate if not based in Greece.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat with queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT or service issues.
• Guide users through system setups and configurations.
• Document issues and escalate complex cases.
