Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a French Customer Support Advisor to join our Braga, Portugal team. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting users with features and balances, and guiding customers through the application in a clear, friendly manner.

You will work in a hybrid model with a Monday–Friday schedule and shifts. Prior contact centre or customer service experience is valued. Residency in Portugal within 50 km of Braga is required.

Qualifications

• C2/native-level French is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside in Portugal and live within 50 km of the Braga office.
• EU citizens or holders of valid Portuguese residency and work authorization only.
• No visa sponsorship, relocation support, or accommodation provided.
• Previous contact centre or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about the application's features, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide customer support primarily through inbound calls.
• Support account creation, account management, and balance-related inquiries.
• Explain the application's features and services clearly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and elevate complex cases when necessary.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in line with internal procedures and quality standards.
