Hiring International seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team in Lisbon, Porto or Braga. This on-site or hybrid role supports a leading global brand and delivers exceptional service to French-speaking customers.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, resolve issues with empathy, guide users through steps, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall experience. Relocation support and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• Native or C2 level French required; strong command of written and spoken French.
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level for customer interactions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
