Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team in Lisbon, Porto or Braga. This on-site or hybrid role supports one of the world's leading brands and focuses on delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and chat.

You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, guide users through processes, and collaborate with internal teams. A relocation package and continuous training accompany a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level in French with English at B1/B2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Adaptable to multicultural, fast-paced environments.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
