KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is seeking a customer-focused administrator to provide information about products or services, process orders, and handle complaints. You will maintain records of interactions and support purchasing and shipping processes to ensure accuracy.

The role requires native/proficient French (C2) and fluent English (C1), strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end delivery of projects with autonomy and resilience.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient in French (C2).
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information about products or services, taking or entering orders, canceling accounts, or obtaining details of complaints.
• Being responsible for the administrative support to the financial area, ensuring that the policies, procedures, and activities instituted are executed in time, correct, and in an effective manner
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists
• Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet the defined specifications
• Assist suppliers through e-mails and chat
