Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Portugal, Braga. You will be the main contact for customers, delivering professional support through phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels to ensure a smooth experience.

You will help with accounts, products, services, orders, and payments, documenting interactions and guiding customers through processes, while collaborating with internal teams to meet KPIs in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French at C1/C2 level and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions related to accounts, products, services, orders, payments, and general requests.
• Provide clear, accurate, and relevant information while following company policies and procedures.
• Understand customer needs and provide practical, timely, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify complex or sensitive cases and elevate them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are investigated and resolved efficiently.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality, and resolution performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training and continuous development.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency:Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
