Emma Sleep seeks a seasoned Franchise Development professional to drive France network expansion. You will oversee the transition of stores from distributor to franchise, build a robust lead-gen approach, and manage diverse stakeholders through legal, financial, and operational stages.

With 4+ years in business development or franchising, you will travel as needed, fluent in French and English, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in project management or network/franchise development.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Emma's franchise network in France.
• Lead the transition of 30 stores to a franchise model.
• Define and drive lead generation strategy in the French market.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout development and conversion.
• Build market mastery and expansion plans.
• Negotiate franchise agreements with partners.
• Lead by example with high performance and leadership.
