Job summary

Samlino Group in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a results-driven Chief of Staff to accelerate growth across three markets. You will own strategic initiatives, partner with the founder and international teams, and travel to our markets to drive execution.

You will set ambitious goals, lead cross-functional projects, identify bottlenecks, and coach high-performing teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Fluent English, Danish helpful, EU work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies
