Job summary

Samlino Group is seeking a Chief of Staff to join our Lisbon-based team, overseeing strategically important projects across our three markets. You will partner with founders and international peers, shaping execution and accelerating growth while traveling to our markets.

The role requires a highly ambitious, proactive leader with strong analytical and communication skills, able to drive results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The position is on-site in Lisbon with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Industry experience is not required but a track record of ownership and results is essential.
• Highly ambitious, proactive and fast learner.
• EU work permit is required and Danish language skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and drive results across multiple initiatives.
• Define objectives, plans and deliverables with urgency and accountability.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coach and empower teams to deliver high-impact outcomes across markets.
