Job summary

Access Talent Group seeks an experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO in Portugal. This senior role combines executive support, business planning and technical advisory for a cross‑border energy infrastructure business.

You will engage with engineering, bidding and project delivery teams, translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and drive performance reporting and governance across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, power systems preferred.
Senior professional engineering registration advantageous.
MBA or postgraduate qualification in business, management or leadership beneficial.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted adviser to the CEO on strategic, operational, commercial and technical matters.
Coordinate executive priorities with defined owners and deadlines.
Prepare executive briefings, management presentations, business analysis and recommendations.
Monitor progress of CEO priorities and ensure actions are completed.
Represent the CEO at internal/external meetings where appropriate.
Help ensure alignment between the CEO and senior leadership team.
Develop governance frameworks and management controls.
Lead or coordinate high-priority initiatives from planning to implementation.
Develop dashboards covering financial, commercial, operational, project delivery and HSE performance.
