Cleon1 in Lisbon is hiring an early operations generalist to join the founder in the new Lisbon office. You will own a broad set of responsibilities from tooling setup to process documentation and logistics for hires and events.

This role is for a proactive, writerly generalist who thrives on variety, can switch between tasks, and helps the company move fast. You\'ll learn how a bootstrapped startup scales and grow into more ownership over time.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & tooling: set up software, document processes, manage logistics for hires and events.
• Communication & outreach: handle inbound leads via email and LinkedIn, represent us to prospects and candidates.
• Hiring support: post ads, manage correspondence, and assist with screening.
• Knowledge & research: maintain the wiki, write guidelines, research competitors.
