A dynamic technology start-up is looking for a hybrid team member to support operations, product ownership, and customer success. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Portuguese, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment with potential for career progression. Remote work is possible with occasional in-person collaboration in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Support with day-to-day operations and customer support.
• Help develop and manage the interview preparation solution.
• Liaise with customers and run product demos.
• Assist the Managing Director with organisation and planning.

The Role

This is a unique hybrid role combining operations, product ownership, customer success, marketing, and executive support. If you’re ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience at the heart of a scaling SaaS start-up.

What You’ll Do

• Operations – Support with important day-to-day processes, including customer support, marketing, financial processes, and internal reporting. Help keep the business running smoothly.
• Product Ownership – support the development and management of our interview preparation solution, gather customer feedback, and help shape product improvements.
• Customer Success & Sales – liaise with customers and account managers, run product demos, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Executive Support – assist the Managing Director with planning, organisation, and operational tasks.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication.
• People-oriented – you enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed.
• Interested in tech, SaaS, or sales – B2B experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ambitious, resourceful, and ready to take initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or related fields.
