Job Title: Flemish-Speaking Customer Support Advisor (Household Appliances & Smart Home Tech)

Ready to kick off your professional journey in one of Europe's brightest and most dynamic capitals while taking advantage of flexible work arrangements? We are looking for motivated Flemish speakers to become part of our international team in Lisbon as Customer Support Advisors.

In this position, you will represent an internationally recognized giant in household appliances and smart home tech. Your goal will be to deliver top-tier support to our Flemish-speaking clientele, answering their questions and fostering a seamless relationship with the brand. This opportunity offers a versatile hybrid working structure combined with collaborative days in our contemporary Lisbon center, delivering a balance of flexibility and community.

Work Style: Hybrid model (2–3 remote days each week / balance on-site in Lisbon)

Experience: No previous experience needed (includes fully salaried onboarding starting on day one)

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Manage inbound inquiries from Flemish customers across phone, email, and live messaging channels with professionalism, enthusiasm, and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Direct customers through product usage questions, delivery coordination, warranty claims, and step-by-step technical resolution for home appliances with absolute clarity.
• Case Management: Record and track service tickets within our CRM software with high precision, ensuring complete notes and following up on unresolved queries through completion.
• Quality & Empathy: Drive strong customer satisfaction ratings through empathetic listening, patient communication, and actionable answers tailored to every user's needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside supervisors and colleagues—both online and in-person to meet group operational benchmarks and maintain stellar service standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent Flemish (written and spoken), paired with a reliable, professional level of English (B2 minimum) for company communications and training modules.
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding spoken and written expression, backed by an approachable, client-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal rapport.
• Tech & Hybrid Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across desktop applications, using standard software (MS Office), handling CRM tools, and managing independent work effectively at home.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Self-motivated, helpful approach to resolving customer challenges efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Adaptability: Open to operating within an organized workspace with flexible shift schedules.

Experience

• Backgrounds in customer service, call center environments, or retail sales are welcome advantages, but they are not required. We value enthusiasm, work ethic, and eagerness to learn above all!

Working Hours & Shifts

• Schedule: Full-time employment (40 hours weekly), 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week.
• Shift Window: Rotational shift windows scheduled between 07:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
• Work Style: Hybrid arrangement—enjoy maximum balance by spending 2 to 3 days working remotely from home and the remaining days on-site at our high-tech office in Lisbon.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month (distributed 14 times per year = €19,600 total annual base).
• Language Allowance: A dedicated €150 net monthly bonus for applying your Flemish fluency.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 per month in KPI bonuses based on achievable satisfaction and service targets.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day via meal vouchers (adding roughly €140–€150 net per month to your take-home pay).
• Training: Fully paid, comprehensive initial training covering product specifications and support software starting from your first day.
