Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Lisbon is seeking a Back Office Customer Support Agent. You will handle customer cases from start to resolution, processing back-office requests and supporting Connected Services across Europe.

The role requires a native or C2 Flemish speaker with English at B2+ level and prior back-office or customer service experience. It offers a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon with competitive base pay and bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Fluent Flemish speaker (Native/C2)
• English level B2+
• Experience in Back Office / Customer Service
• Technical support or contact centre experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer cases from start to resolution
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently
• Support Connected Services and vehicle-related inquiries
• Update internal systems and maintain records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
