Job summary

JoomPro seeks an experienced product leader to own Joom Financing, a post-payment product providing B2B credit lines. You will lead end-to-end development including client scoring, document flow, legal setup, and unit economics while building AI-based scoring models.

You will collaborate with ML specialists, lawyers, designers, and international teams in Portugal, LatAm, and elsewhere. The role requires strong fintech/e-commerce background, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Background in fintech and/or e-commerce, with understanding of business financing
• Product background with hands-on collaboration with developers and ML engineers
• Strong analytical mindset; able to work with large datasets and AI-based scoring
• Experience owning a product as a business: P&L, legal setup, go-to-market

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of Joom Financing and drive the product strategy
• Develop credit line product end to end: scoring, document flow, legal structure, landing pages and unit economics
• Build AI-based scoring models evaluating both the client and the goods
• Collaborate with data, ML engineers, developers and cross-functional teams
• Deliver on target metrics including the default rate
• Contribute to attracting external capital in China and Brazil
