• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of BNPL products within the JoomPro ecosystem.
• Partner with product, engineering, and risk management teams to design seamless payment flows.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and financial metrics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Drive localization efforts for BNPL offerings to align with regulatory and commercial requirements of different regions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and align financial product roadmaps with company goals.
