Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Finnish Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Sofia, Bulgaria team. The role offers a fully paid relocation package, training, and health insurance as part of a global recruitment service portfolio.

You will support Finnish-speaking clients in a fast-paced environment, resolving inquiries via phone, email and chat, while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to provide tailored solutions and maintain accurate records.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is required.
• English proficiency for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a customer support services role is advantageous.
• Valid EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking clients in customer support.
• Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain records of client interactions in the support database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Apply product knowledge to offer tailored end-user solutions.
• Stay updated on policies and industry trends for accurate service.
• Participate in team briefings to improve support processes.
