You will support Finnish-speaking clients in a fast-paced environment, resolving inquiries via phone, email and chat, while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to provide tailored solutions and maintain accurate records.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is required.
• English proficiency for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a customer support services role is advantageous.
• Valid EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria.
